Marsha L. Allen Martinez, 53, of New Castle died March 2, 2010, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born June 14, 1956, in New Castle, a daughter of Robert E. Jr. and Gwendolyn J. Rankin Allen.
She was a housekeeper for Jameson Hospital and was a member of Second Baptist Church.
She leaves her mother, Gwendolyn J. Allen of New Castle; her father, Robert E. Allen Jr. and his wife, Zeta, of Alexandria, Va.; stepchildren, Mia and Ramone Martinez; siblings, Charmagne Henry and her husband, Alton, and Robert of New Castle, Deborah Allen of Chesapeake, Va., and Kevin Allen and his wife, Michelle, of Norfolk, Va.; a special nephew, Joshua; her dog, Bebe; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Romero Martinez; and grandparents, Torrance Sr. and Georgianna Cox Rankin, and Juanita Allen.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon tomorrow at Second Baptist Church.
A service will be conducted at noon tomorrow at the church
Arrangements are by the F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, 511 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown.
