Carole A. Joseph, 68, of Boardman passed away peacefully the night of March 5, 2010, after an extended illness.

She was an outstanding softball player and bowler. She was inducted into the WBIC Hall of Fame for her bowling accomplishments and was the president of the Youngstown Women’s Bowling Association for 12 years. Even with all of these accolades, she loved her family more than anything.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours were yesterday at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman.
Prayers were held this morning at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Dominic Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any contributions be made in Carole’s memory to St. Dominic Church.

To Connie & Family:
I first met Carole via telephone when I worked at J&L in Pittsburgh and Carole was at Campbell Works. Our friendship developed during our many business phone calls. Then, when we merged and the GO moved to Cleveland, I finally met Carole in person. Our friendship was a close one over the years. We worked at so many conferences and negotiations together...I always asked that Carole be my associate at these meetings because there was none better!! She was a true joy to be around. I shall miss her all the days of my life. May my dear friend sleep with the angels until we meet again.
