Robert L. Eversole, 87
Robert L. Eversole, 87, formerly of Wampum and West Pittsburg, died March 12, 2010, at Katera’s Cove in Big Beaver Borough following an extended illness.
Born April 18, 1922, in Wampum, he was a son of the late Lingle and Iva Beasley Eversole.
He was married to Doris Wood Eversole and then to Dorothy Jones Eversole. Both wives preceded him in death.
Bob retired after 42 years with Medusa Cement Co. He was president of Local Union 173 for more than 20 years.
He was a member of West Pittsburg United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Tammie Eversole of Chewton; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to both wives, he was preceded in death by son, Terry B. Eversole, two brothers and a sister.
Visiting hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main St., Wampum.
A service will be conducted at the funeral home tomorrow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rex A. Wasser officiating.
Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery.

Grandpa Bob, We are so saddened by your passing. You were so loved and meant so much to us. Remember all the fun things we used to do together and the trips you would take us on. How about all the funny tricks that daddy would play on u. we would laugh for hours. You would say "Kenny" are u joking with me. You were married to my gma for long time. Until we all meet again.
