Joseph James Sneed was stillborn July 23, 2010, at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was the son of Jason A. and Allison M. Masters Sneed of New Castle.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Marcia Masters, Nick Masters Jr., and Ronald Sneed; great-grandparents, Nick Masters Sr., Conrad and Gertrude Blight, and James P. Sneed; his uncle, Nick Masters III; and two aunts, Angela Masters, and Jamie Verone and husband Anthony.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marilyn Sneed; and great-grandmothers, Betty Masters and Katherine Sneed.
Family and friends will be received at the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave., tomorrow from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
A blessing service will be conducted tomorrow at noon at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. The Rev. Victor J. Molka Jr. of Mary, Mother of Hope Parish will officiate.
Burial will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
