WILLIAM P. MILLER, 83

William P. Miller, 83, of New Bedford died the morning of July 27, 2010, at Lawrence County GeriCare.
He was born June 18, 1927, in Cleveland, a son of Paul and Margaret Hutzler Miller.
Mr. Miller was a lead shipper for Truscon Steel and Republic Steel for 30 years before retiring July 1, 1978.
He was a veteran of the Navy.
William was a member of various coin clubs, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and made his own guns, crafts and furniture.
His wife, the former Mary L. Jackson, whom he married Aug. 28, 1967, died Aug. 31, 2003.
He leaves a son, W. James Miller and wife Gay of New Bedford; two sisters, Dee Baker and husband Red, and Gerry Rucci; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepson, Robert Hackett; two brothers, Jack and Raymond Miller; and a sister, Peggy Ann Dotson.
Family and friends may call tomorrow from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, 709 N. Main St., Hubbard, Ohio.
A service will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
