Refund Policy

The OBITMAX.COM service delivers obituary orders from funeral homes to newspapers. The cost for this service is a small service fee added to the newspaper's charge for the obituary order.

Should a dispute arrise between the funeral home and the newspaper with regard to the content of the obituary published, funeral homes are encouraged to contact the newspaper directly to resolve any and all disputes. Any and all refunds that a funeral home may receive from a newspaper will be minus the OBITMAX.COM service fee.
